Synesthesia is the phenomenon of sensory cross-wiring,
where you could "taste" or "feel" a color, or "see" or
"hear" a taste, etc.

In your case, it may be a simple synesthesia, but it
could also be an indicator of physical problems such
as a tumor or other neurological or psychological
problem.

If I were you, I would make an appointment with my
regular physician to discuss this and ask for a
referral to a neurolgist.
