[Laser] Sky illumination experiment

By the way I do NOT disagree with you.  I'm just trying to make people aware
that doing this experiment in some areas may get you in more trouble that
you realize depending on local ordinances.

I was unaware that our township had an outdoor lighting ordinance.  Until I
got turned in by local astronomy group.
