[Laser] Checking bandpass of filters

I can easily check the response of filters in the visual range using my 
cheap spectrometer. This thing works amazingly well with faily  accurate 5 
nm  scale ticks. Unfortunately it doesn't show what's going on in the IR 
and UV ends of the range.  This is what I use to match up my filters to my 
visible lasers & LEDS
