It's unlikely that a monochromator manual will be sold by the test equipment
manual suppliers.

Try giving Spectra-Physics a call...   NOT a Google search or an email. Ask for
an applications engineer that's been around a while. Be nice. Likely it's only a
few pages. They may copy it for you.
