[Laser] pointers power XE2AT

Labels are just labels.. they don't really indicate the power level. However,
it is reasonable to expect that a class IIIa laser's power is more than a class
II laser's power.

Most of the IIIa lasers are 3-5mW. You really won't know till you get one. I
bought a cheap one with a bunch of image projection lenses and it was 5.1mW.
So you never really know. But they should not be very expensive anymore.
3-5mW lasers are $10-15.
