[Laser] pointers power XE2AT

Dear friends first all many thanks to all that send email for my QSO in 
laser, I hope you feel like I feel today after the QSO,,, THANKS TO ALL
  Well I have a dude, I use 1mw pointers made in China, the label read class 
IIb > 1mw. And today I can buy a pen with pointer class IIIA is label > 5mw 
made in China also.. Is this true ?
  there are a real diference ? or just the label, I can see almost equal 
light bounced at 200 mts...
