[Laser] Quick and Dirty Laser System Demo

Back in November, I demonstrated a simplistic laser based CW system
for the local radio club.  We finally got the presentation on the club's
web-site, so I thought I'd share it with the members of the list.  I'll
caution everyone that it was a quick (and very dirty) demonstration,
but maybe someone can get some ideas from it.
