Moon as photon bouncer sure is a great idea. It is not difficult to
detect correlated photons and hence the signal.
All one needs to locate a correlated clock sync and data with it. As
this can be as narrow as few ns, one can sure be finding signal in a
safer way by locking to the clock. One can also do some kind of
multiple packets of transmission for error correction.
If any one of you wish to come to India and can demonstrate the
technology developed by you then I will welcome you all at NCVER-2004,
March 1-5 at Gwalior India. It is very important that technology is
exposed and it hardly matters if it is only a prototype model.
It will be about 25 degree C in March first week at Gwalior. You get
good hotels for $25 per days and good food for $10. You also have a
chance to see the great world heritage of Tajmahal at Agra, which is
only 100 km away and 1 hour by train. Gwalior has an airport and is
300km from New Delhi.
