Has anyone come up with a way to mechanically point  ??

I have access to several 30 mile paths in Eastern Pa. The need is to be
able to 
do fine pointing adjustments at the end of this path. You do a rough
alignment with 
a spotter scope but then how to fine adjust on Az and El. My best mind
game is using
the smallest avaible threaded rod and swivel the Tx from the end of a
long pivot point



any ideas
