See my other posting.  This interpretation is completely out of kilter with 
a plain reading and 150 years of jurisprudence and unconstitutional.

Concerning the IRS you're probably right.  The person who did research and 
gathered together all the evidence, including the state bills as passed and 
notarized by the secretaries of each state, has been thwarted by the 
courts.  Its too hot a potato and they don't want to touch it.  Lennie 
Bruce said it best, I think -- "In the halls of justice, the justice is in 
the halls."  The battle will probably not be won in court...
