There must be something wrong with my eyesight.  I've read the Constitution 
many times and never seem to find a passage which supports the regulatory 
structure of the FDA and many other federal agencies  It can't be the 
Commerce Clause since the lasers I build are meant for home and intra-state 
use ;-)
