[Lafayette] recieve preamps

Thanks for the memory jog, Glen......I remember the 190 receivers and
especially wondered about the AX-190's connections on the back like the
SB-30x series from Heathkit (I was a kid of 15 at the time)....too bad the
transmitter never made it to production....
