[Lafayette] HA-63

If it's any consolation, I did the same thing to my very own HA-63A, when I
was 14 years old, in 1967. I still remember clearly the horrible sinking
feeling I got as I saw all those dial markings go down the drain. But
fortunately I was able to order a replacement glass from Lafayette, an
option that is no longer available!
