RigPix has a great direct front picture of the HA-63
http://www.rigpix.com/lafayette/ha63.htm
It should be easy to extrapolate the dimensions from the picture to fit
the actual dial size and then use a graphics program to generate the
same, or close to, dial markings. You could use a clear transparency
sheet to print the dial and then bond the edges to the edge of the glass.
You could also print to a white sheet and just bond the sheet to the
black background. The stamped emulsion used on the original glass, over
time becomes brittle, flakes off, and even water can remove it if you try
hard enough. Of course, finding a parts radio with the dial intact is
good but you'll have the same issues if you try to clean the emulsion
side.
