[KYHAM] HB 9, not likely to pass unchanged anyway

I'm thinking more about the huge backlash from
business people facing a large expense to buy "legal"
radio gear. The intent is obviously to get people to
"hang up and drive", instead of yapping on a cellphone
right into a busy intersection. IMHO, this issue is
going to be similar to the lots of others on the
books, - as long as one doesn't attract undue
attention, the odds are very good that an officer
won't be compelled to act based on this alone.
I would rather not continue a discussion of our
hapless ham and 432.570, as that dead horse has been
well beaten. When one kicks a hornet's nest, a sting
or two is to be expected.
