[KYHAM] BPL article in Sunday's C-J

I wanted to call everyone's attention to an article about Broadband over 
Power Lines (BPL) in the business section of Sunday's Louisville 
Courier-Journal.

The article does a fair job of explaining the economic factors facing the 
technology, and reaction from several Kentucky utilities regarding possible 
deployment of some sort of similar technology. The writer refers to the 
Cincinnati-area BPL deployment too, though there is no mention of 
interference problems or concerns relating to BPL technology. Still, it's 
an interesting read.
