[KYHAM] SSD and Monthly Reports

I heard from several nets the day of the Ky Severe Storms Drill March 
8th and the evening afterward.  No more were received. 
To help me understand and properly crediteveryone with the correct SSD 
time in this month's report, be sure to specify IF your drill time is 
included in your report.  Last year I had reports from the drill and 
then end month reports which did not (in some cases) say if the time 
expressed had the storm drill included or not.  I want to be sure you 
get credit accurately for all time spent in any type of activity.
