[KYHAM] KEN and Time Change

QRN made conditions for this evening's Ky Emergency Net rather rough.  
It is hoped with the arrival of DST this coming Sunday morning, April 3 
that next Monday's net will be quieter.  As always, the only affect that 
the change to DST will have on KEN is that it will occur during daylight 
hours and not as the sun sets or after sunset.  Net time will remain at 
7:30 PM Eastern and 6:30 PM Central.
