[KYHAM] Change in Bullitt ARS PL

 The Bullitt Amateur Radio Society repeater system, transmitting on 146.700 
MHz, now has an output PL tone of 79.7 Hz (changed from 151.4 Hz). On August 
1, 2005, the 79.7 Hz PL tone will be incorporated on both the input and 
output. To access the B.A.R.S. repeater after Aug. 1, your transceiver's 
encode/decode must be set to 79.7 Hz. This action is taken to alleviate 
interference on our repeater.
