[KYHAM] Amateur Radio Day proclaimed in Lexington-Fayette County - June 25, 2005

[Fernie Williams]

In conjunction with Field Day, Mayor Isaac will proclaim June 25 as
Amateur Radio Day.  The proclamation will be presented to Fernie
Williams at 7:00 PM on June 23 in the Urban County Council Chambers. 
The chambers are on the 2nd floor of the Government Building at 200
East Main Street.  All licensed amateurs and their families are urged
to attend.  We are usually recognized as a group, and it is
encouraging to see several of us their.

This is your chance for lawmakers to see us as people and voters. 
Remember, many of these folks go on to higher office, and we may need
them someday. Let's try for a big turnout.
