Just a progress report on the project.

I now have Louisville and Paducah Weather Service Offices covered. Have
photos and some info on each of them now.

Still need JACKSON, KY, WILMINGTON. OH and CHARLESTON, WV. Anyone have
any contacts in those areas?

Also still looking for any other useful photos or info state-wide.

Original Message:
Photos of amateurs with their storm spotting communications set up
whether it is a simple HT or a more elaborate mobile or NCS set up are
also welcome. I'd like to make this as well rounded as possible from
the different areas of the state. Success stories and photos definitely
welcome!

Thanks for those who already replied and looking forward to more to
come.

I am at present working on a power point program illustrating how the
National Weather Service makes use of amateur radio in SkyWarn spotting
operations in the state.

While I realize that we usually have a heck of a lot more to do in
severe weather events than shoot photos, if anyone has anything that
might be useful that you are willing to allow used in this program,
please send them along.

These can be from the field or from the NWSFO amateur stations in
Kentucky and our adjoining neighbor states who co-operate with us in
saving lives. I will also be glad to make this available to those who
wish it after its completion. If anyone has other useful input, it is
also welcome!
