[KYHAM] New OUTGOING Address for Ky SEC

Any one with spam filters might want to take notice that I am adding an 
outgoing address to my computer.  The kysec@hotmail will be used for me to 
send outgioing. traffic

Brandenburg Telephoen Company (my;  ka4map@bbtel.com) ISP has instituted 
some type of measuring software as a virus protection, if you send what, in 
its opinion, is too many e-mails, it turns you off. What with my EMA work, 
personal traffic and SEC stuff, not to mention Denise's mail also, we have 
been bumped five times since three weeks ago when  this started.

Yesterday I sent out one message addressed to 31 people on an important 
issue for coordination and it cut me off until the office opened this 
morning and I got it turned back on. You should send me mail to bbtel until 
I decide on a new ISP.  Until then, I will use this address for mail on 
outgo for many ARES and personal mail messages.
