[KYHAM] Louisville National weather service

[Analoghifi]

In retrospect it would have been nice if, when the
vanity call sign program came about, we would have
thought to acquire, WX4PAH for Paducah, WX4JKL for
Jackson and WX4LMK for Louisville.

Perhaps this may catch on at some other time - just a
though.
