[KYHAM] Section Convention ARES Forum in Sept.

I am beginning to put together the power point presentation for 
the Ky
ARES/RACES forum to be held on Sept. 11, 2004 during the section
convention  http://www.critterbob.net/glha/  .

We have had many op's over the last year which utilized amateur 
radio in
both exercises and real time response activity.  If you would 
like to
have YOUR ACTIVITY(S) featured in the forum, please send any 
photos and
tags or notes for a five to ten minute segment during the 
presentation.
If possible, I'd like to arrange these by type, (exercise or actual
response) and chronologically.  Need your input ASAP to allow me 
time to
get this together and to get your segment back to you so you can
practice running it through at home before the convention date.  I'd
prefer, as stated, that YOU present your portion in person, 
however, if
you can offer any comments you want covered, I CAN do it for you 
if you
are unable to attend in person at the last minute.  In large 
scale items
like the western Ky earthquake exericse, I hope a representative 
from
each participating county can speak or at minimum have one area 
rep to
address the appropriate segments to allow for more than just MY 
input of
KF4FMZ's on this historic effort.

I want to make this a real Kentucky show and feature as many of our
operations as we can, to do this, I need your help. Get with me 
soonest.
