Hello all...
I've enjoyed reading everyone's opinions on this topic. However, these
opinions will most likely mean little at this late date unless they were
previously submitted to the FCC and/or the ARRL last fall. As you may
recall, that's when the FCC put No-Code International's petition on public
notice and invited comments as discussed at
