SORRY but WRONG.. cw and Q Signals are known world wide. i have had 100's
of qso's with stations what could not speak english nor i their language.
but we had a short qso via what all hams should learn and know the basic of
a qso .
correct we did not have a long winded qso But tell me when was the last
time you had a qso over 3 mins unless it was a group you have known for a
while?
WHAT most do not know is that ham radio has NO language barriers.. even on
voice. handle qth rst tnx and 73 cu agn are known world wide . the
majority of the world speak more then one language . the USA because it is
too hard to learn another one does not. but if i recall english is the one
of the hardest languages to learn.
with respect
