[KYHAM] interesting numbers

I do not believe the figures provided can suggest any problems related to the 
positions of the ARRL, only the fact that the "Ham population" is going down. 
 Maybe the focus should not be on the ARRL, but rather on the "rules" for 
becoming a Ham operator...make them compatible with today's technology.
