[KYHAM] Status Report for Daviess County (District 3)

The City of Owensboro has lifted the declared state of emergency for the 
city, and Towne Square Mall as well as other stores in the city will be open 
until 5 p.m. for shoppers who are able to travel.

The state of emergency for Daviess County is still in effect at this time, 
but may be lifted later today after road crews have another opportunity to 
open additional county roads.

Temperature in Owensboro at 09:30 a.m. CST was +15 degrees F.
