[KYHAM] Tomorrow's KEN

For the Ky Emergency Net tomorrow evening, I wanted to advise stations 
checking in that following the initial check-in routine we will be 
observing a one minute period of silence for KG4TVX.  If you come in a 
little behind and hear no one talking, please stand by without making a 
transmission until we resume operations. After a brief memorium we will 
ask for further stations and resume net business. 

This being the first net of the month, we are again asking for anyone 
with useful examples of books, magazine articles or web sites that might 
assist stations with preparedness or response efforts to bring those 
forward and we will also issue these in written form here on the lists 
for those who miss the net.
