[KYHAM] Noise Problem

I was wondering I have a Diamond V-2000 Ground Plane ( Tri Band ) and I =
have a ICOM 2720 Dual Band in the house and everytime I key up my radio =
I absolutely knock out the TV from anything.... Is there anyway I can =
fix this ?=20
