[KYHAM] Yellow to Orange??

September 11, 2002, has come and gone with tributes, but without
attack or disaster.  We all noted the rise in Homeland Security
status from yellow to orange.
In reality, does the ham radio fraternity, ARES, RACES, etc.,
change at all with these alert status modifications?
