[KYHAM] KEN Training for 2003

I am working on developing our 2003 Ky Emergency Net
training plan for next year.  If anyone has any suggestions
on material they'd like to see covered after January 1, 2003
drop me a line and tell me.

To end out 2002, we will finish the 8 parter on Aux. Power
sources we are currently doing.  This will be followed by a
3 part series on deciding which rigs are good for E-Comm
work.  Our year will end with a segment on the color level
chart and corresponding expectations for homeland security
concerns (Example: the Yellow to Orange of Sept. 11, 2002)
and year end reviews.
