[KYHAM] Saturday morning KYN

A long time ago KYN we used to have a Saturday morning session, It will
be started again starting this Saturday and hopefully each week. This
session of KYN will have for NCS, K4DZM, Joe in Louisville, KY and will
be on the KYN frequency of 3599 at 9:AM EDT or 1300 UTC. We may change
the time if needed at later date. All stations invited to QNI and hope
