[KYHAM] Kentucky County level maps in PDF format.

There are county level maps published by the KY Transportation Cabinet 
available for download in PDF format.  The address to those maps is 
http://www.kytc.state.ky.us/planning/sprsmaps/sprs_maps.htm.  I would 
recommend downloading all nearby counties for reference in 
emergencies.  You never know when you will need to figure out something 
about the county next door in short order.
