No requests for ARES activations have been received and
damage appears minor as well as no injuries from the quake
today.

Already the media on their 4 and 5 o'clock newscasts are
asking, "Is this the first of many more earthquakes to
come?"  

In all honesty, no one knows.  I suggest that we all remain
calm and go about our business while being mindful that more
may or may not follow of greater or lesser intensity in the
days ahead.  As with storms, check your supplies, plans and
stations, charge your batteries and stay ready for anything. 

At best nothing will occur, at worst we are as prepared as
we can be.
