[KYHAM] Ky. QSO Party

The Bullitt ARS would like to sponsor and resurrect the KY QSO party
ASAP.  To make this a success we'd like to poll the waters and see how
much participation can be estimated across the state.  Entertaining the
second weekend of July for the event, from noon til 10PM.  Certificates
for any operators working designated stations and for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
KY  as well as 1st place each state and continent.  As a plus BARS plans

to produce a trophy to be awarded to the highest scoring club cumulative

score (to be presented at the Louisville Hamfest in Sept).... rules are
still in the sketch stage but some idea of scoring and other rules are
in mind.  If your group is interested in activating KY for a few hours
in July and having some fun at the same time let me know ASAP and BARS
will get the ball rolling......
