The fee for test sessions in 2003, as set by the ARRL, will be $12.

The ARRL also sponsors 2 National Exam Day weekends - in April and
September.  As the 3 groups in this area (BARS/ARRL, Bluegrass Volunteer
Examiners/W5YI, and Thoroughbred DX Group/WCARS) has test sessions covering
these months, BARS has not added a possibly redundant test session to the
list.  Please let me know if anyone would like to pursue test sessions under
the nationally advertised ARRL National Exam Day weekends.
