[KYHAM] Louisville ARTS Club Returns PL Tone to Repeater

This information was passed along by an ARTS member at a meeting I
attended. I thought it would be of some assistance to other amateurs
in the Louisville area so they would know that the repeater now needs
a PL tone.

I apologize to this group and to the ARTS club for passing along
information that did not come directly from the source. In the future,
I will make it a point to check out my data before posting or limit my
information to only that with which I am directly involved.

I've only been in amateur radio for a few years and my terminology was
obviously incorrect. It was my understanding that an open repeater was
one without a tone, based on when other repeaters were called closed
with the tone. I appreciate the clarification and the chance to learn.

I apologize for the confusion and for these posts if they were
considered inappropriate.
