[KokomoHams] Dual Band Portables

Hi All,

I'm looking for some advice on good dual band HT's (with or without 
APRS), any suggestions? I recently got an insurance settlement for 
some stolen radios and now have to procure some replacements (policy 
was replacement value so I replace and get reimbursed).

Anyone have any suggestions?
