[KokomoHams] KARC: Technician Class Planning

I am glad we are doing this. I strongly suggest that a test
session be set up for the weekend following the last class so
that the really excited ones can get thier license while they
are still 'hot'. Let me know the details and I will see that
they are in the IUK paper as well.
