[KL7AA] Tower parts for school station?

Fellow Club Members,

Does anyone have have spare parts for a Rhon 45G tower?

This is a bracketed light-duty install.  I am putting up a 28' tower for a K-12
school station in Anchorage in the next 30 days.  

These item would be particularly useful if you have them.

- Hinged Base Plate (bph45g) - Hinge allows tower to be rotated up from base
during installation.
- Universal House Bracket (hbutvro)
- Anti-Climb Panels (vw913a)

I've not done this before and welcome advice or an experience hand standing it
up.

The school is a non-profit and the station directly benefits our kids' STEM
education.   .
