[KL7AA] KL7AIR Field Day 2014

This is an invite to come out to JBER and either visit us or join us to 
operate on 28 June.  We begin operatons early (7:30am) with setup and on 
air starts at 11:00am and runs through the night.

Access to the base is still a problem so if you have no base access on 
your own coming out will be an issue.  Perhaps you can arrange to come 
out with someone who does have base access.  I think you can be escorted 
in with a sponsor by signing in at the Boniface Visitors Center.

If you can get on base look for us in Paxton Park on the Elmendorf side 
of JBER.  From the Government Hill Gate travel about 3/4 mile and look 
for the park on the left side of the road.
 From the Boniface Gate follow the main road across the base going west 
towards the inlet.
Past the Self Serve Gas Station and Shopette on the right through the 
intersection you will see the park on the right side of the road. (from 
Boniface you will cross 4 red lights to get to the park).

You will see the antennas, find a place to park and stop by.  There is 
still a possibility that the Military Appreciation Week events will be 
still happening so it may appear to be very busy.  We will be operating 
just the same in our little corner of things.
