[KL7AA] KL7FWA Finally heard from

The Fort Wainwright Amateur Club was activated this morning by AL7F.  
Mike checked into the 20m Ohana Net as KL7FWA using the clubs HF station.

Mike called me this morning reporting this milestone.  That's the first 
contact on the air with the new Club Call.
Still being setup they are currently only running 100 watts, the PW1 Amp 
still needs the required cables to be installed.  Then they will be able 
to generate 1kw.

Slow process but he is having to work with the Army.  The US Army 
recently found they needed to be HF capable so the Ham Club and the MARS 
Station on Ft Wainwright will be a joint venture.  Unlike KL7AIR the 
KL7FWA station will be primary Army MARS, secondary Amateur.  KL7AIR is 
primary Amateur, secondary Navy MARS.

So listen up folks, KL7FWA is on the air!
