[KL7AA] Repeater Update - Grubstake

As of today the Grubstake Repeater is still awaiting transport to the 
site.  Due to the size of the new system it cannot be taken up in the 
R44 helo.  It requires either a larger bird or it will have to be sling 
hauled.

Preference of course in for it to ride inside the helo.

No known schedule date yet for such a trip by Arcticom.  As soon as they 
have work to do on the site that requires a larger bird it will go up.  
By itself it would be cost prohibitive to haul up.

It is fully ready to deploy however.

The current loaner repeater on VHF is working well for the time being, 
UHF side will be down until the replacement system gets installed.
