Instead of charging the students the $18 a copy for the manual. Am looking
for a sponsor to pick up at least part of the tab on them. If you know of a
business that would interested in a little free advertising in exchange for
the training manuals or class books. Please let me know!
Expect to see 12-15 students, mostly military members for the class.
Perhaps more. We teach the class for free but we will have to charge for
the books.
Do you have the ear at Frigid North or one of the Radio Repair shops? Maybe
GCI or ACS would be interested in helping raise the education level of the
local community. In exchange we will post their business name on our
websites as a good company to deal with etc.
Could be almost any business does not have to directly communications
related. Credit Union, Bank, whatever!
cheap advertising on Alaska web page! Outlay would be about $225 for full
ride and a little less for the students who didn't want a book for some
reason.
Ask around and let me know please at club at kl7air.us
Thanks,
Ron, KL7YK
