Scott Sprat from Melbourne FL National Weather Service office initially
spoke with the reporter before Skywarn Recognition Day. I spoke with
her  after SRD and gave her some of the information here, including
pointing her in the direction of Amateur Electronics Supply in Orlando.
The story was a while in the making, but diligence paid off, I think!
