[KL7AA] FEB 6 Statewide ARES exercise

ANNOUNCEMENT:

On Feb 6th Alaska ARES will have a message handling exercise involving the
communities of Cordova, Valdez, Kodiak, Soldotna, and Mat-Su Valley. The
exercise is scheduled to run 1000 through 1200 local time on Sat Feb 06
using 3933 KHz and 3915 KHz. Hams are welcomed to listen but are requested
to refrain from transmitting on the designated frequencies, as this is a
directed exercise for these communities.
