[KL7AA] List Manager for KL7AA and KL7AIR

Howdy again,

Different subject due to same circumstances.

I will be happy to continue as list manager for the Anchorage ARC and the
Elmendorf ARS.  However, if your club feels more comfortable with someone in
the state maintaining these lists, let me know who you want to do this and
I'll help that individual get spun up on the care and feeding of your list.
Not a big deal to maintain.  In any case I'm renting out the house and will
be back in a few years.
