If you have a good Ace Hardware store nearby, take one of the screws to that store.
The one not far from me has rescued me many times, including the replacement of screws from a rig that were damaged by the use of the wrong screwdriver.

They will sell you as few or as many as you need.

Hello to the list,

 I dug into my TR-9500 to trace down a tx issue so of course I’ve lost one case screw. Besides the TR-9000 series I’d bet it's been used on others. It’s a countersunk oval head Phillips machine screw. M3 I believe.
 I can probably buy a pack of 50 but does anybody have just one?
