[Kenwood] Using the AT-50 with a non-Kenwood transceiver

The manual for the AT-50 calls for an optional "power cable" and "conversion cable" to be used when connecting the tuner to a non-Kenwood rig.
I have an AT-50 (the TS-50 died long ago) and would like to pair it with a non-Kenwood transceiver.
AFAIK, the cable un-obtainable.  I'm capable of building up one but I've been unable to source any information about the wiring.  And no, Google has not been a friend this time.
Does anyone have knowledge of the wiring of this cable?  A diagram (schematic) of the pin-out would be helpful.
